Argina Cooperative is an industrial cooperative, which owns the chain of business called "Green", which includes the Green Palace Hotel, Green Bar, and Green Tour.

"Green Bar" is a very suitable place for all kind of business appointments, entertainment, romantic dinners, and even a place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or an exclusive cocktail.
"Green Tour" is a company that meets all international standards, and offers its high quality services with professional tour guides.
Employees
Employees are the big part of the company, who are highly valued and given the best conditions, to make their job as comfortable as possible for them.
The hotel works for 24 hours, and the food is provided three times a day. More food is provided at night times, if needed. "Green Bar" and "Green Tour" employees get three times a day food only, since the business has certain hours of work.
As the employees are highly treasured, Argina Cooperative finds it an obligation to have an annual get together party, and make the atmosphere as friendly as possible.
Each employee is expected to set a short-term target for them, and reach it in the shortest time possible. Every September, different awards are given out to each employee, which outline the hardest working employees in the company.
Wages
Wages are given out to each employee at the end of the month depending on the position within the business, and the hours each of them works in the company.
